Technology is the Solution
As a COOCVE delegate for the past 6 years or so I have on numerous conversations discovered that people do not understand that Directors are volunteers who vote for CenClub and CVE Master Management board members.
Educating owners about what COOCVE is (a union of owners delegates) ) is the problem.
Having said that, it may not matter.
I now believe that technology is the solution. Electronic voting should be offered to all owners. Whatever the total count of votes might be from the entire membership, I'm sure it will be more representative.
I also feel that area groups will have better representation without the hopeless task of rounding up each building association.
