Master Management holds annual Town Hall

In what has now become an annual tradition for CVE Master Management, the company hosted its annual town hall meeting in Le Club at the end of March.

Hundreds of residents filled the auditorium to hear a recap of the improvements done by CVE Master Management in 2023, receive a preview of some of the upcoming projects slated for 2024, and have their questions answered by Board President Eli Okun and Executive Director Vallen Smikle.

The 2023 review included new sidewalks and safer bus stops to intersection improvements and the groundbreaking of CVE Central Park.

“The work that our Board has done, and our staff has done to improve this community.…We look forward to the future. We have a lot planned and we’re going to make this a better place, even better than it is now,” said Okun.

“I’ve been in this community nine years and I’ve seen it change over and over, and I keep seeing it improving,” said Smikle. “That’s a credit to the other associations in the community.”  Smikle singled out the building associations as well as the other village-wide organizations such as CenClub Recreation and COOCVE.

CVE Master Management also released its new annual report at the town hall meeting. Hundreds of copies were handed out. The company says additional copies are available at their offices. It can also be viewed on the village website.

For those wanting to watch the town hall, the video is available on the village website.
