2025 Beach and Boat Ramp Parking Permits Now Available

The 2025 Beach Parking Permit and Pioneer Park Boat Ramp Parking Permit are now available for Deerfield Beach residents. These permits, valid for the entire calendar year from January 1 to December 31, 2025, cost $100 and offer access to designated parking areas exclusively for city residents.

To make the process easier, CVE Master Management arranged for city parking staff to assist residents within the village last month, helping ensure residents could secure their permits without needing to visit the city office.

Permits are valid at the following locations: Main Beach at 149 SE 21 Avenue, the Fire Station lot at 2040 SE 1 Street, Hillsboro at 2048 E. Hillsboro Blvd, and South Beach at 2025 SE 9th Street.

Residents applying for a permit must provide a driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of residency, such as a utility bill or tax bill, all in their name. For further information, contact the City of Deerfield Beach.
